30-DAY Cancellation Policy - VOICE

Within the first 30 days of service activation, if you’re not completely satisfied with your nexogy phone service, you may cancel your service and we will issue a refund for your service charges paid by you during your first 30 days. Full details and requirements can be found below.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You must cancel your nexogy phone service within 30 days of your activation date
  • Any equipment purchased must be returned with proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of cancellation in order to avoid hardware charges. Any equipment purchased must be returned in like-new condition, in the original packaging and with the UPC or bar code intact. You must also include all components, manuals and registration card(s)
  • Our 30-day cancellation policy does not apply to any charges for international usage, payphone calls to Nexogy toll free numbers, directory assistance and any features or services not expressly included in your monthly plan fee. In addition, we may not be able to refund all of the taxes that you paid  
  • You may not port away a new phone number (DID) provided by Nexogy if you cancel within thirty (30) days. • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping of any equipment.

30-Day Cancellation Policy - WiMax

Within the first 30 days of service, if you are not completely satisfied with your Nexogy WiMax service you may cancel your service without an Early Termination Penalty. You will no longer be charged the monthly service fee but you will be responsible for any installation charge. Full details and requirements can be found below.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You must cancel your Nexogy WiMax service within 30 days of your activation date
  • Any equipment installed must be returned with proper Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of cancellation in order to avoid hardware charges. Any equipment purchased must be returned in like-new condition, in the original packaging and with the UPC or bar code intact. You must also include all components, manuals and registration card(s)
  • You will be responsible for any installation charges
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping of any equipment
