  • Who is nexogy?

    nexogy is a brand of LD Telecommunications, Inc., a communications provider with a robust data and voice network, operating accross the US in over 15 major metropolitan markets.
    Founded in April 1999, as an integrated voice and data company, LD TeleCom provides telephony services to thousands of customers including inter-exchange carriers, Internet service providers, individuals and corporate customers with an emphasis on small to medium-sized businesses.

  • What is Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service?

    VoIP (or Voice over Internet Protocol) is voice, facsimile, and/or voice-messaging applications — that are transported via the Internet, rather than the public switched telephone network (PSTN).

    The basic steps involved in originating an Internet telephone call are conversion of the analog voice signal to digital format and compression/translation of the signal into Internet protocol (IP) packets for transmission over the Internet; the process is reversed at the receiving end. One advantage of VoIP is that the telephone calls over the Internet do not incur a surcharge beyond what the user is paying for Internet access, much in the same way that the user doesn’t pay for sending individual e-mails over the Internet.

    nexogy provides service anywhere in the Continental U.S. and even overseas, all you need is a good Internet connection.

  • How easy is it to use nexogy's hosted VoIP solution?

    It's a plug & play system. Once the phones are deployed they are ready to be used. Each service, feature and/or application we offer, has been developed or designed to be completely user-friendly and virtually self-explanatory.

  • What are the benefits of becoming a Channel Partner?

    Not to mention, you receive a commission for your referral, should we establish a relationship.

  • Am I required to be involved in the selling process?

    No. You do the referring and we handle the rest. Should you want to elaborate on your role, we will customize each relationship to make all parties happy.

  • How do I sign up to become a Channel Partner?

    It's easy. Simply fill out and sign our Channel Partner Agreement Form. You will receive a Welcome Package with any collateral you may need.

Billing and account management

  • How often are commissions paid?

    Commissions are paid the following month after your customer has their service installed & makes their first payment, then every sequential month after that, pending the life of the contract.

  • What if a customer I refer cancels? Will I continue to receive commissions?

    Commissions for Channel Partner referrals are paid during the lifespan of the relationship. Should a customer cancel, you will no longer receive a commission.
