Late Payment Fee
If your payment isn't applied to your account by the end of your billing cycle, you may be charged a late fee. Your service may also be interrupted.
You can also make a payment by chatting with us online or calling 1-866NEXOGY1 and following the voice prompts. Be advised that if you opt to pay your bill with a Customer Service representative, a $10 processing fee WILL be assessed.
