Can I have a conference call with multiple users?

Yes. Nexogy offers two convenient services for your conferencing needs:

  • Ad Hoc Conference: Allows you to make immediate conference calls with up to five participants directly from your IP phone. Simply put a call on hold, and then dial in the other participants.
  • Meet-Me Conference: Lets you schedule a conference call that can be joined with an access number and pass code.


Will I still receive calls if there is a power or internet outage?

Yes. Nexogy recommends all customers provide an out-of-service-condition (OOS) phone number for continuity planning. During the outage, all calls will be forwarded to the landline or cell phone number you provide.

If you have configured the find-me, follow-me feature or forwarded your number to another line, calls will still be received as per your configuration.


Can I make calls to external phones?

You can make internal and external calls to any phone number, anywhere in the world.


What mobile phones support Nexogy’s app?

Phones that support the app include: iPhone, Blackberry and any with the Android operating system. Apps can be downloaded from the Apple App Store, Blackberry App World or by visiting www.nexogy.com/nexogyvoice from your mobile phone.
